Our Solution
We’re on a mission to transform textile waste into opportunity. Each garment our designers remake is a vehicle for awareness of the fashion industry's impact in our community and the world. Learn more about our programs here.
-
1. Rescue clothes from the river
We've partnered with the incredible team at everwave to deliver the clothes they've meticulously sorted from the daily trash haul.
-
2. Wash them
After the clothes are sorted they will go to our center where we’ll wash them and sort them based on upcycling technique.
-
3. Collaborate with young designers
Our designers then use their insane creativity to makeover the fabrics into one-of-a-kind outfits.
We are so grateful to partner with everwave!
ReMade partners with everwave to collect post-industrial and post-consumer textile waste so that we can transform it into “new” items.
